So nice to hear from you ! I am living in Boston, Ma. and the hurricane did come our way. Luckily we were not in any real danger. We had 4 limbs off 4 of our trees, but that was the worst of it. We never lost power. All my family and friends are fine and safe. My cousin in N. Carolina has 8 " of water in her home. She is so sad. They also have a church , her husband is a minister and they got 6" of water . Time, health and good spirit's will get them through. The hurricane did a lot of bad damages here on the East coast. Lots of places flooded out.
I have noticed when I go to the internet and put in Michael's name - the information at times brings me back to Michael Bolton official ; the messages that some people have written. I was very surprised to see that. I have not seen any of my messages. I have not seen yours. How or why it does that I do not know. It should not happen.
How was your summer? How are you doing ? All well ? Are you singing ?
I am waiting for a job interfview with the Montessori school here in town, my interview is not until Dec. The school opens in Jan. I really hope I get it. I went for anther job interview couple of days ago. But I did not get it. Thats ok. I am glade my 16,15 and 13 are going back to school. It's time. It was a great summer, but they need to be busier and have a better schedule for their day. Once they go back to school I can continue with my yoga, zumba and aqua aerobic classes and Bible study group. I looked to see when Michael would be returning to New England , but nothing yet. He seems like all he does is work. I do not think he went on vacation at all. Vacation and work , I guess all together. Keep in touch. Sharonrose.

You are so sweet to ask how I am doing with hurricane Irene. I was very lucky! It seemed to weaken a bit when it got midway to New Jersey-down to a tropical storm. We never lost power or got much flood water at all. It was very windy and a lot of rain, and my basement is an inch or two of water-but that's it! Other parts of my state got hit pretty bad so I really lucked out this time. So far no one I know got much terrible damage or hurt. But the US entire East Coast as a whole really did get a lot of damage-billions of dollars. This was a very large and horrid hurricane. I was up all night Saturday worrying and getting supplies ready in case we had to evacuate, but we never did.

Yes, Soul of my Soul is my Gem of a song, my favorite. I know he wrote it for his girls, and it does make me think about my daughter. My only child, we adopted her when she was only a few months old. And she is the best thing that ever happened to us. That song brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. Nothing bad, but it just brings out all the deep feelings of unconditional love I have for her. And when he sings, "There'll come a time when you'll be on your own, But in your heart you're never far from home" I loose it! She is 25 now, still lives home. She'll be moving out soon and when that day comes, I will be a basket case!!
