Hiya Mary, yeah girl, go Candice! I thought everything she sang on the finale was right on the money. Now how about that Angie and Adam Lambert duet? I loved it! I always tape the finale of the season so I’ll need to watch it again. Now Mary, have you determined if all your misery is due to allergies? I hope that time when you slept through the night wasn’t a fluke! :D I hope you’ve had a great mother’s day Mary. I do hope you’re able to keep an eye on the forum because there’s been quite a few really great videos from this leg of the tour. Well, I’m gonna go sort out the laundry and listen to one of those videos: it’s 24 minutes long so I saved it for last! :D take care sweetie pie and hope to hear again from you soon. Big hugs, sincerely, your friend Sylvie :D
Hey Mary, Wow, since she was country, somehow I thought you’d appreciate Cree more, but glad you agree with me. To be honest, not to put down her talent, but somehow, I think Cree might have gotten the sympathy vote after her profile. The important thing to remember is that they’ll all have a CD out and I’ll buy both Angie’s and Candice’s! :D Allergies are really awful this year, aren’t they? Hope you’re rid of the cough soon sweetie. Have a wonderful mother’s day sweetie pie and talk to you soon. Big hugs, sincerely, your friend Sylvie xxx
Hey Mary, I wanted to write to you last night: I hope you watched A I! I was thinking of you during Cree's song and could just imagine you dissolving on the couch! My internet is a little glitchy these days, but I know you haven't been on much, probably tired from fighting those allergies. Anyway, I'd love to hear from you sweetie, just to touch base. As far as A I goes, right now, those 3 will have a CD out, that's for sure! I so love what everyone said about Candice's last song yesterday! Anyway, I have to get out of here but thinking of you and hope you're doing better today sweetie, take care. Big hugs, sincerely, your friend Sylvie <3
Hi Mary and hope all is well with you and just on to let you know that last time at library I picked up two Karen Robards books, "Bait" and "Guilty" and I am more than glad you put me onto her for I started with "Bait" and couldn't put it down......loved it and have just finished another one by James Patterson that I hadn't read and so am now going onto "Guilty" and looking forward to it !!!! :) Thanks for that heads-up Mary !!!! :)
Hiya Sweetams, oh no! Lol Oh well, I’m happy to report that you didn’t miss much. They’re still bringing back past A I alumni and yesterday we saw Stefano, from a couple of seasons back and also Lee Dewyse, don’t know if you remember him from season 9? I hate to say it, but although they have great beautiful voices on A I, too often, they don’t have something distinctive enough to break out and have as much success as Kelly did. JMO Anyway, they figured that because they hadn’t used the “save” yet, they had an extra week of program, so everyone is safe! Angie and Cree were the top 2 and next week, this week’s number of votes will be added to next week’s votes and they’ll send someone home then. My guess is that they’ll have to bring the 4 of them home, because the top 3 usually go for a homecoming. Oh girl, I know what you mean about Angie’s grandma! She sure has something to be proud about! Now how about that duet of Angie and Candice on Wednesday? It was just fabulous: they sounded great together. I’ll wish your hubby the best for getting his sugar under control. I have a friend who is having similar problems, but with his blood pressure that was left alone for too long and he’s really struggling. I’m in the middle of a long E-mail to Kathy and trying to keep in touch with everyone, but I hope to write soon. Keep in touch sweetie and say hi to Meg for me. Big hugs, sincerely, your friend Sylvie <3
Hi Mary and checked the internet and those three books I think stand alone, they are not part of a trilogy. I have finally got through my James Patterson books so going to library tomorrow and will see if I can find Nora's books and if not I will order.
What I did see on the internet is that she has another trilogy coming out this November and it is called "The Cousins O'Dwyer" and the first book is called "Dark Witch"; "Shadow Spell" and "Blood Magick"....something to look forward to over with winter.....kind of going ahead of myself, aren't I ????????? LOL
Hi Mary and just to let you know I have had word from a book club I am in that Nora Roberts has three new books with the first one called "Picture Perfect" which came out on 1st April and then another two "Whiskey Beach" due out on 16th April and "Change of Heart" due out on 30th April......get down to that library and get them booked.....that is what I am going to do !!!! LOL
Just in case you don't follow the category Mary I have sent you link into a thread I have started in the General Chat at MB section and I just know you will want to look at what is in it as it is hysterical.....more MB commercials !! :)
That is a super set of books Mary for is that the ones where him and his wife are trying to marry them all off and it is the individual stories about each girl. and he keeps getting these guys to come to the house to do certain jobs..is that the one you have got a hold of ??? If it is that is really funny too and it is just so well written for they are packed with everything and in fact I could read those ones again, no problem....hope you enjoy as I know you will !!! :)
Hi Mary and thanks for your message and so glad you have finished the trilogy...terrific wasn't it ???? You ask me about other books by Nora but as I don't know just what you have read pretty difficult to give you titles but ones I will say is have you read anything about the MacGregors or the McKade brothers or the Calhouns for they are all great stories as well as the Going Home Trilogy of Unfinished Business; Island of Flowers; and Mind over Matter.....really, as far as I am concerned, any of Nora's books are fantastic and I have yet to read a bad one. I am right now stuck into James Patterson's books and catching up on ones of his I haven't read and have still got a couple to get through before I start moving onto some other author I like and see what they have out new for I am sure I have a couple of Nora's books with her writing as J.D.Robb to read....need to get checking on them BUT you just have to read MB's book, you just have to and one little suggestion is for you to go onto my page and you will hear him reading some of it for I have one of the discs from the audio uploaded to my player on my page....maybe I should upload the 8 and then everyone could come onto my page and hear the book...don't know if the player would take that much but go on in anycase and hear MB speaking to you instead of singing !!! LOL
Hope you have a great weekend Mary and take care !!! :)
